  • My Role: Sr. UX Designer
  • My role in a project involved leading and overseeing the UX design process to ensure the high-quality delivery of user-centered design solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and other team members from time to time to keep check on project goals, objectives, and requirements. I contributed to project planning by providing insights into UX strategy, scope, and timelines.
  • Creating wireframes to define user flows.
  • Developing interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and demonstrate user interactions.
  • Making sure of accessibility and inclusivity in all designs
  • Problems/Challenges
  • Information architecture was based on stakeholders assumptions.
  • Lot of features and programs were confusing because of not correct user flows.
  • Lot of redundancy with content.
  • Old style application framework with very limited real estate and not responsive to all devices..
  • No WCAG or ADA compliance was taken into consideration for user accessibility.
  • Product and stakeholders wanted to reach more customers for their next Ideashare event.

  • Redesign Health Mart Information Architecture
  • Created task items with the help of stakeholders.
  • Converted tasks items into cards for customers.
  • Card sorting was done with the help of OptimalSort tool.
  • With the help of card sorting, survey team could come up with main categories.
  • Multiple rounds happened with stakeholders and product owners to refine results to achieve main and sub-categories of the navigation.

  • The mantra for new design system was establishing design principles that reflect brand values and use best practices.
  • All possible components were designed that can be used in the both web and mobile sizes.
